Courtney established The Peace Group with a clear vision: make conflict resolution more accessible, productive, and human-centered. With nearly a decade of experience across workplace, civil, landlord/tenant, and probate disputes, she is known for her ability to guide high-conflict situations toward durable, mutually beneficial agreements.

 

A Credentialed Mediator with a degree in Legal Studies from the University of Texas, she also has extensive training from El Centro College and Southern Methodist University. Courtney blends legal acumen with a solution-focused approach. Courtney is committed to continuing education and actively shares her expertise by delivering presentations and conducting training workshops on alternative dispute resolution methods. 

 

She has also served as a volunteer mediator for the Harris County Dispute Resolution Center and the Better Business Bureau of Greater Houston and is an active member of the Texas Association of Mediators and the Association for Conflict Resolution.
